Srini has incubated innovative business ideas as start-up businesses and scaled them into growth engines. Srini has extensive experience in multiple business domains across industries and geographies and has implemented large complex transformational solutions for global MNCs leveraging digital technologies. Srini believes in exploring the art of possibility and is passionate about leveraging advanced analytics and digital technologies for transforming customer’s businesses.
Saibal Sarkar is a SME in Supply Chain with 30+ years of experience in the CPG and Durable industries. He started his career with Jay Engineering (DCM-Shriram Group) and later moved to Reckitt Benckiser (RB) in 1990. He has held various leadership positions for RB in India and abroad and handled end to end Supply functions across various locations. Saibal has a proven track record of building and implementing various multi locational projects in the areas of S & OP, Inventory, Warehousing and Logistics Management for RB. He is an Oliver Wright trained MRP II Leader and has widely trained and mentored supply chain professionals during his career. Saibal has a passion for problem solving/looking at opportunities for improving supply chain processes/systems to deliver better customer service, quality and costs.
Ashok Kumar is a seasoned Supply Chain professional with over three decades of experience leading multinational FMCG supply chains. Expertise in Strategic & Operational Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, and Warehousing. Founding member of the CII Supply and Procurement team, a leading forum for supply chain practitioners. Recognized for establishing efficient supply chain systems and infrastructure aligned with business growth objectives. Proven track record in developing end-to-end planning capabilities and innovative logistics models to optimize customer service.

His ability to bridge the gap between business strategy and technology enables organizations to drive operational efficiency and long-term value. In addition to his extensive industry experience, Arun also leverages his experience working with a Big 4 consulting firm, to bring forth efficient engagement dynamics. As a certified professional in Agile methodologies, product management and six sigma, he leads the end to end lifecycle from concept to delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
